Greetings Everyone! With Thanksgiving rapidly approaching, it’s time to give thanks to our troops. One of my writing associates through Associated Content published a wonderful article about the “Let’s Say Thanks” program offered by Xerox Corporation.
Lisa Curcio provides full details of the “Let’s Say Thanks” program in her article, “How to Send a Solider a Postcard and Say Thank You“. Please take a few moments to learn how to give gratitude to the men and women keeping us out of harm’s way.
I sent 3 cards and it literally took 3 minutes. The postcards are premade, so all you have to do is click the one you want. They are made kids and are so cute! Next, click on prewritten thank you’s or take a moment to write your own words. Whichever method you choose is going to brighten someone’s day, so I encourage you to follow Lisa’s lead and show them the LOVE!
Lisa also published, “Run for the Fallen Memorial Run Honors Fallen Soldiers“. This is an inspiring story that demonstrates the love, support and camaraderie which exists between soldiers and those who love them. It’s amazing what people can accomplish when they set their minds to it.
My heartfelt thanks to Lisa for allowing me to share her articles. Finding ways to support our troops is what this blog is all about. By joining forces we can create an enhanced support system for our soldiers. If you know of helpful resources or would like to share stories, articles, etc. feel free to post a Comment and share your thoughts.
If you do not want your Comment published, simply state so in your email and I won’t allow it through. All comments are personally moderated by me, so only my eyes will see them as long as you tell me it’s a private comment.
